Tickets will be received via email, be sure your email is correct in order to receive them. If you do not receive your ticket confirmation within 5 minutes of purchasing, please call (401) 846-9886.
If seven (7) or more Tickets are purchased by an individual for a particular Daily Ticketed Sail or a Racing Experience a 20% Surcharge is added.
By purchasing tickets online you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions. NO CANCELLATIONS allowed after booking a reservation for tickets. Reschedules are permitted 6 or more days prior to the sail date. We reserve the right to cancel due to weather or minimal reservations. Should we need do so, you will be offered the choice to reschedule your sail or receive 100% of your ticket.
Please make sure to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to departure in order to check in and sign Liability Waivers with our representative at the dock. If you “miss the boat” there is no refund. Don’t forget that traffic and parking can be difficult in Newport!
Weather Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel any sail. The decision to sail will be made by our Captain. Due to rapidly changing weather conditions in New England, the decision to sail or not may sometimes be made only minutes prior to the departure time or even during a sail. In the event that we cancel the sail, you will be offered a chance to reschedule, or issued a full refund. If your sail time is shortened due to weather we will prorate your ticket cost back to you, or offer another full sail, which ever you prefer.
Not permitted on sails: Smoking, Hard Liquor, Strollers, Pets. Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult with the authority to sign for the minor.
